We Did Not Receive Answers to Our Questions: Truck Drivers Received at the Government
A seven-member group of truck drivers gathered in front of the government was received at the government office. This was reported by 'Azatutyun'.
'We were expecting to be received by Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, but a representative from some department accepted us, listened to us, and said they were working on it. We did not receive answers to our questions,' they stated.
The drivers indicated, 'If we do not receive a clear answer by 5 PM, we will take extreme measures.'
The drivers and representatives from logistics organizations moved from the government to the Russian Embassy in Armenia. Their demand remains the same: truck drivers cannot accommodate the 90-day period of staying in Russia over one year and are demanding that this law not be applied to them.
