The Real Purpose of Vardanik: Davit Khudatyan
The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Davit Khudatyan, has stated: "Here is Vardanik's real purpose after losing the elections to appear in the Gyumri city hall: to continue the corrupt practices of the Kocharian era from 20 years ago that brought him bliss. It won't happen; the taste of the state will remain in your mouths."
