Spain to Send 70 Generators to Ukraine Before Winter

The Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) will send 70 generators to Ukraine in the coming days, ahead of winter, announced the Kingdom's Minister of Foreign Affairs José Manuel Albares today.

“We will send 70 generators through AECID to help Ukraine get through the winter,” the minister wrote on his social media pages.

Albares also reported on his meeting in Luxembourg with Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, during which he reaffirmed Spain's “steadfast support for Ukraine.” The Ukrainian minister expressed gratitude to Madrid for the equipment and noted that both sides discussed strengthening Ukraine's defense and energy resilience.
