So how is it, did that report die? Kocharyan on the 44-Day Report

There cannot be a violation of deadlines when the objective is to have a report. This was stated by Andranik Kocharyan, the chairman of the Defense and Security Committee, in an interview with reporters.

In response to a journalist's reminder that the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, also gave a similar assessment of the report, Kocharyan replied: “So what, what is a delayed report, in other words, is there no report? Well, now there are various interpretations, different lawyers. In one of my interviews, I mentioned that if there are several lawyers, there are several viewpoints, but when you take a healthy, legal logic, ultimately the purpose was the report. Now, in the presence of the report, to say that the report is overdue, in other words, how has that report died? After all, the purpose behind that report was to address that issue, in other words, to highlight all the problems that caused our defeat during the 44-day war,” he emphasized.

Andranik Kocharyan stated that the report primarily provides answers to the questions for which many have blamed the authorities. He added that blaming the authorities for being against presenting the report is not true. There is a legal issue involved, and there is a legal dispute related to that issue.
