Public Criminal Prosecution Initiated Against Deputy Mayor of Byureghavan, Council Member, and Two Others
Public criminal prosecution has been initiated against Byureghavan Deputy Mayor Daniel Danielyan (pictured right), Council Member Vardan Sukiasyan (pictured left), and two other individuals. This was reported to Auroranews.am by the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
“The public criminal prosecution against the four individuals has been initiated under Article 195, Part 2, Point 5 of the Criminal Code (physical influence by a group of individuals against a person or their close relatives or acquaintances related to the person’s state, political, official, professional, or public activities or duties),” stated the Investigative Committee.
It should be noted that the criminal prosecution was initiated in connection with a recent fight and dispute that occurred in the community. Previously, it had been reported that a mass brawl took place in the Byureghavan community administration.
