Gyumri human rights defender Karepet Poghosyan reports: "At this time, four people have been transferred to detention facilities in Gyumri, and naturally, they will be taken for discussions regarding detention. Additionally, 18 others are under investigation, and there are also new people being apprehended according to my sources. Among those transferred to detention facilities is also Ruben Mkrtchyan, whom I had the opportunity to see for a few seconds; he seemed to be in good spirits."
