All Equipment of Gyumri City Hall Seized, Says Mayor's Advisor

Lilith Aghekyan, an advisor to the Mayor of Gyumri, announced during a Facebook live stream, "Law enforcement has seized all the equipment of the city hall. Starting from road and waste collection vehicles, everything has been taken. The city’s municipal services are effectively paralyzed. The operation of the city hall is paralyzed. An unprecedented action has taken place; there is oppression and persecution against Gyumri," said Aghekyan.
