37 is the Number, They Don't Let People Take Bribes Calmly: Yeghoyan to Ghukasian

Armen Yeghoyan, a member of the ruling 'Civil Contract' faction in the National Assembly, made a post on Facebook addressing the events and arrests taking place in the Gyumri municipality. He sarcastically referenced Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasian's expression when the latter expressed dissatisfaction with certain events, stating, 'It’s not the number 37, is it?'

'It’s 37, they don’t allow people to take bribes peacefully,' Yeghoyan wrote.
