Oligarchs' Money, HEC, 'Tashir' Pizza and a 7500-Person Rally: Parsilyan on the 'Our Way' Movement

Member of the National Assembly from the 'Civil Contract' faction Tigran Parsilyan has reflected on the rally of the 'Our Way' movement and its actual participation numbers on his Facebook page.

“So many resources: the money of Russian oligarchs, the clergy elite, the network of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation with their pathos, at least two former presidents of the country, part of the legal community, a concert, the Russian RT television channel and Margarita Simonyan, former directors of HEC, and Tashir pizza led to a rally of 7500 people. And do you know why? Because technologies are not a bad thing, but when there are no principles apart from them, and no sincere aspiration to serve the Republic of Armenia, you will repeatedly make a false start of seven to eight thousand every time and end up at the first checkpoint with a small number of familiar faces,” wrote Parsilyan.
