MP from the Civil Contract Party Follows the Trail of a Kindergarten and Makes an Interesting Revelation
MP Taguhi Ghazaryan from the Civil Contract faction in the National Assembly wrote on her Facebook page: "Following the trail of a kindergarten. Months ago, there were ownership issues concerning a kindergarten in one of the villages of the Armavir province. I decided to investigate the origins of these issues, and I traveled back to the early 2000s.
It turned out that at the time, the village mayor had donated the kindergarten to the Armenian Apostolic Church (AAC). Through inquiries, I was also able to locate the contract between the mayor and the AAC representative. It was the first time I had seen such a peculiar contract. The second article of the contract specifies the grounds for the annulment of the contract.
It appears that the Donor, meaning the village mayor, has the right to refuse the promise to transfer the kindergarten if the Recipient, that is, the AAC, has committed an assault against the mayor or any of his immediate family members or relatives, or has deliberately inflicted bodily harm on the mayor. If the AAC deliberately takes the mayor's life, his heirs will have the right to reclaim the kindergarten from the AAC in court.
It is intriguing to consider what dramatic developments preceded this strange contract."
