Ukraine Offered Peace Agreement, But Rejected: Fico

“The Russians only kneel when they tie their shoelaces,” stated Slovakia’s Prime Minister Fico. In a speech before parliament, he noted that three months after the onset of hostilities, Ukraine was offered a peace agreement. However, according to him, western leaders, including former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, persuaded Kyiv to reject it.

Fico also claims that Johnson had connections with a British businessman linked to the defense industry, who financed his visit to Kyiv.
