Turkey Ready to Engage in Ukraine's Reconstruction, Says Fidan
Turkey is ready to engage in the reconstruction of Ukraine. This statement was made by the Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
"Ankara is ready to take on the responsibilities of restoring Ukraine's infrastructure, but the primary issue is a ceasefire," he stated.
