The charges stem from the lawyer's Facebook post, which was not aimed at any specific individual. A public criminal case has been initiated against Alexander Kochubaev under Part 2 of Article 490 of the Criminal Code for disseminating defamatory information about a judge, prosecutor, or investigator that harms the rights and legitimate interests of those individuals in connection with their official or professional activities.
