Greece Passes Law Allowing 13-Hour Workdays
The Greek Parliament has approved a bill that allows employers to implement a 13-hour workday, despite ongoing protests and strikes across the country. This was reported by Mesogeios TV.
"The bill includes, among other things, flexible working hours and a 13-hour workday," the television channel reported.
Previously, Politico had reported that if the bill is passed, Greece will become the first EU member state to officially introduce a 13-hour workday for the private sector.
