Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs Fines OSCE Chairperson
Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs has fined the Chairperson of the OSCE, Elina Valtonen. This information was reported by local media.
The reason for the fine was her illegal obstruction of traffic during a rally held on October 14 near the Parliament in Tbilisi. Valtonen has been fined $1,800 because the demonstrators did not have the right to occupy the roadway.
