75 Million Dram Allocated for Another Forum

In recent times, the government has not been holding any forums, conferences, or summits in Armenia. This is reported by the newspaper “Joghovurd.”

“Soon, from November 21 to 23, 2025, the first international tourism exhibition-conference, International Tourism Fair Armenia 2025, will take place at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex. According to an official announcement, the forum aims to become a global crossroads for tourism, where new opportunities and numerous collaborations will be formed.

The Ministry of Economy has allocated 75 million 400 thousand drams for this forum. The most expensive service for organizing the event involves catering and food organization, which has been allocated 30 million drams, accounting for nearly 40% of the total allocation. The second highest allocation covers transportation services for distinguished guests and participants, totaling 6.5 million drams. Thus, this is how public budget funds are being spent,” writes the newspaper.
