“We welcome such intentions. We appreciate the maintenance of political will to facilitate the search for peaceful resolutions. We are already well acquainted with Vikofin. He is effective. He has proven his effectiveness in the Middle East. We hope that his talents will continue to contribute to the Ukrainian situation. The Russian side maintains its openness and readiness for peaceful dialogue.
