I Will Not Tolerate Attacks on Agents: Trump Warns Protesters of Strong Measures

U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that he has instructed Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to ensure that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Border Patrol agents do not intervene in protests occurring in cities run by Democrats under any circumstances. He made this statement in a post on the social media platform Truth Social.

Trump also emphasized that federal agencies will be prepared to "easily and methodically resolve the situation" if local authorities request it. He specifically noted that the protection of federal property remains an absolute priority.

The White House leader warned that if courts, other federal institutions, or law enforcement personnel are threatened, the authorities will take "very strong and tough actions." He stated that he will not tolerate attacks on agents, damage to government vehicles, or the throwing of stones and bricks at federal employees.

Trump referred to the protesters as "well-paid provocateurs, riot organizers, and anarchists." He said he was elected on a platform of border control, national security, and law and order, and intends to implement that policy.

Minnesota remains the center of widespread protests against anti-immigration raids, with thousands of federal agents deployed in the state.
