“Ukraine has our full support. This year, the European Union has provided unprecedented military assistance to Ukraine. The sanctions already imposed by the EU have deprived Russia of hundreds of billions of euros necessary to start a war. We will soon adopt new measures aimed at Russia's energy, financial, and trade revenues. Russia's military economy is already weakened; we will further diminish it. Inflation exceeds 20%, reserves are depleted, and economic growth is close to zero. The time was once on Russia's side, but now it has shifted to Ukraine’s side,” stated EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaia Kallas.
