Vagharshak Harutyunyan Appointed to New Position

The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, has signed a decree appointing Vagharshak Harutyunyan as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in the Russian Federation.

"Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister and in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 132, point 2 of the Constitution, as well as the first paragraph of Article 14 of the Law on Diplomatic Service, Vagharshak Harutyunyan is appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in the Russian Federation (location: Moscow)," states the President's decree.
