Samvel Karapetyan's Charge Changed
Samvel Karapetyan's charge has been changed. This was reported to Haykakan Zhamanak by the Investigative Committee.
"The charge has been modified, and the second and third points of part 3 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code have been added (laundering of especially large amounts of money using government or official powers or influence associated with them)," the Investigative Committee indicated.
