NATO Soldiers Spot Russian Submarine Near France's Shores

Western media outlets are reporting that the submarine made an emergency landing due to damage in its fuel system, causing fuel to directly enter the storage. Meanwhile, the Russian Black Sea Fleet has denied the reports of malfunction, stating that the ascent was planned as per international navigation rules, which dictate that submarines must pass through the Strait of Dover only in the surface position.
