An Israeli lawmaker interrupted U.S. President Donald Trump's speech at the Knesset, marking the end of the conflict in the Gaza Strip, according to Sky News.

Sky News reported that the American leader's address was disrupted by 'shouts from a left-wing Knesset member', who was immediately detained by security personnel. The speaker of the Knesset apologized to Donald Trump for the incident.

“That was very effective,” Trump responded when his name was chanted in the parliament. The television channel did not disclose the names of the lawmaker or their party.
