Peace Established Between Armenia and Azerbaijan: Pashinyan's Speech at the CIS Council Meeting

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, delivered a speech at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Member States of the CIS held in Dushanbe.

"After years of prolonged conflict, peace has been established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, with the Alma-Ata Declaration serving as the fundamental document," stated Nikol Pashinyan.

The Prime Minister hopes to sign a peace treaty with Azerbaijan in the near future, after which it will be necessary to establish economic, political, and cultural ties, as well as address humanitarian issues.

Pashinyan believes that this is a challenging yet achievable task.
