Armenia welcomes the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip. This was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

"We welcome the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, which involves the release of hostages and ensures unhindered access to humanitarian aid," the ministry stated in a message published on X.

The ministry emphasized that the agreement is the result of the tireless efforts of mediators led by U.S. President Donald Trump.

The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed hope that the agreements reached would pave the way for establishing stable peace in the Middle East.

It is worth noting that official representatives of Israel and the Palestinian Hamas group confirmed the ceasefire agreement on October 9.
