I Am Sincerely Happy: Erdogan Issues Statement

Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan welcomed the peace agreement reached between Hamas and Israel. "I am sincerely happy that the negotiations between Hamas and Israel in Sharm El Sheikh, in which Turkey also played a role, have culminated in the establishment of a ceasefire in Gaza," he said.

He expressed special gratitude to U.S. President Mr. Trump, who demonstrated the necessary political will to persuade the Israeli government to accept the ceasefire.

Erdogan stated that Turkey will closely monitor the precise implementation of the agreements and will continue to contribute to this process.
