Ruling Party MP Responds to Gyumri Municipality's Statement

The house referenced in the statement issued by the Gyumri Municipality belongs to my husband's family, and I am not even registered there. This is how Emma Palyan, an MP from the ‘Civil Contract’ faction in the National Assembly, responded in an interview with NEWS.am to the official information released by the Gyumri Municipality, which claimed that residents of apartment 109 in building 13 on Paruyr Sevak Street in the Ani district, Albert Loris Martirosyan and his associates, had closed the entrance of the first floor of the mentioned building for their own purposes.

It is noteworthy that Albert Martirosyan is the husband of MP Emma Palyan.

“I do not know what public area is being referred to; this is my husband’s parents’ apartment. I have no information regarding any area being appropriated; I live at a different address. Since I got married, I have seen the apartment belonging to his family just as it is today,” Palyan stated.

Recall that earlier it was reported that the Gyumri Municipality had issued a statement concerning the closure of the first-floor entrance of apartment 109 in building 13 on Paruyr Sevak Street, indicating that residents Albert Loris Martirosyan and his associates were using it for their own purposes.
