USA Provides $21.7 Billion in Military Aid to Israel During Two Years of Conflict
According to a new study from Brown University, since October 7, 2023, the United States has provided at least $21.7 billion in military assistance to Israel. According to Associated Press reports, U.S. assistance amounted to $17.9 billion in the first year of the conflict and approximately $3.8 billion in the second year. Some of the deliveries have already been completed, while the remaining aid will be provided according to contracts in the coming years, the report says.
Furthermore, the study's authors estimate that U.S. additional expenditures for military presence and operations in the Middle East during this two-year period amount to between $9.65 billion and $12 billion.
The State Department, the Pentagon, and the White House have declined to comment on the publication.
