Robert Kocharyan Wins in the Competition of Betrayal, Says Ruben Rubinyan
Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan wrote on Facebook: "Kocharyan has now accused Armenia of making 'provocations' on the Tavush border in 2020. Levon Ter-Petrosyan and his two step-children, Sarkisyan and Kocharyan, seem to have entered a competition to see who can say something more treacherous. For now, Kocharyan is winning."
