Merz's Ratings Drop to Historical Low

The ratings of Germany's Chancellor Friedrich Merz have plunged to a historic low. According to a recent poll, 71 percent of respondents are dissatisfied with the Chancellor’s and the CDU's leadership, while only 26 percent view his performance positively.

Supporters of the Left Party and the far-right Alternative for Germany show significant disapproval, with 89 percent and 97 percent, respectively, expressing their discontent.
