In the period from January to September 2025, 70.2 billion drams in income tax has been returned related to the interest paid on mortgage loans. This figure exceeds the total of 68.7 billion drams returned throughout the entire year of 2024. The January to September 2025 figure is greater than the entire annual figure from 2018 by 65.5 billion drams, or 1399 percent.
