Declaring the Armed Forces as a Fifth Structure Will Not Allow for Development: Abrahamyan

During a parliamentary briefing today, Tigran Abrahamyan, the secretary of the "Honorary Title" faction, reminded that no official delegation visited "Yerablur" in September this year, and no tribute was paid to the memory of our homeland's defenders. He emphasized that this is not only a matter of morality but also has serious implications for the morale and psychological state of society and the Armed Forces.

“A military establishment that, at the state level, disrespects all those who have given their lives for the defense of this country cannot have any combat readiness or development. I not only recognize the severe consequences of this situation for our Armed Forces, but I am also aware that declaring the Armed Forces as a fifth structure, diminishing their role, and continually hitting various links of the Armed Forces will provide no opportunity for development and solving issues of combat readiness,” Abrahamyan stated.
