Expired Food Products Discovered at Zvartnots Airport's Catering Point: Armenian Food Safety Inspectorate

Based on a citizen's notification, inspectors from the Armenian Food Safety Inspectorate in Yerevan conducted a monitoring operation at the "Paskuchi" catering point located within the departure lounge of Zvartnots Airport. During the inspection, they discovered food products that had exceeded their expiration dates. This was reported by the Inspectorate.

Specifically, the expired items included: semi-smoked meat products of the "Athens" brand (produced on 03.09.2025, valid until 17.09.2025), toast bread (produced on 27.09.2025, valid until 30.09.2025), and pasteurized milk (produced on 03.09.2025, valid until 30.09.2025).

The sale of the discovered expired food products has been halted, and the items have been destroyed on-site.
