The Whole City Talks About Your Bribery Distribution: Vardan Ghukasyan to Pashinyan
The issues of Nagorno-Karabakh have been handed over, yet you do not mention the name of Artsakh; you lost the elections in Gyumri, and you talk about Gyumri day and night. You say there is vote-buying; who does not know that you are the one distributing bribes? All journalists have seen it; the whole city is talking about your bribery distribution. There have been cases where you gave one person 60,000 drams.
Anyone who writes insults in the comments is a son of a dog.
This was stated by Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan during a conversation with journalists in response to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement from the National Assembly podium regarding the claims of vote-buying during the elections in Gyumri. Pashinyan specifically stated, 'We have issues with the results of the elections in Gyumri; we know that bribes were distributed there. We need to have mechanisms to prevent such incidents in the future. The state and democracy must improve their own mechanisms for self-protection.'
