Body of Captive Returned Shot: Siranush Sahakyan on Armenian Prisoners

Currently, it is officially known that there are 23 captives held in Baku, 8 of whom are military-political figures. However, this number is not complete. This information was shared by human rights defender Siranush Sahakyan, as reported by Pastinfo.

Reports have emerged regarding the killings of captives, noting that a body of a captive has been returned shot dead, along with several dozen forcibly disappeared prisoners. Siranush Sahakyan mentioned that there are discussions regarding at least 80 cases, though this number could potentially be higher.

At present, individuals captured in Baku include those taken during the military operations of 2020, as well as those detained during the events of 2023.
