Trump to Make Statement Today: Media Reports

U.S. President Donald Trump will deliver a speech from the Oval Office at the White House on September 30, shortly after returning from a meeting with the country's military leadership. The topic of the announcement has not been revealed, according to TASS.

"At 11:00 a.m. (7:00 p.m. Yerevan time), the President will make a statement," states the administration's schedule.

The address will follow Trump's visit to Quantico, Virginia, where he met with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and hundreds of American generals and admirals.

On September 26, The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), citing U.S. administration and Kyiv sources, reported that during Trump's meeting with Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky in New York, he stated that he was open to lifting restrictions on the use of long-range weapons to strike inside Russian territory.
