Trump Calls Medvedev 'Stupid'

US President Donald Trump has called Dmitry Medvedev, the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, 'stupid.'

'Russia had threatened us slightly not long ago. And I sent nuclear submarines, the deadliest weapons ever created. I did this because of the mention of the word 'nuclear'... that was a stupid man working for Russian President Vladimir Putin. And I sent one or two submarines to Russia. Just as a warning. We cannot allow people to use this word willy-nilly,' Trump added.
