Putin Knows They Can't Win, Kellogg

U.S. Special Envoy Keith Kellogg stated at the Warsaw Security Forum that Russia is not winning this war, and Vladimir Putin is aware that he cannot win.

According to him, Ukraine is already achieving successes by striking oil refineries and reducing Russia's oil production by about 20%.

Kellogg emphasized that Russia is an oil-dependent country, and if its oil dollars are taken away, "problems will become inevitable."

He cited the example of a 2015 incident when Turkey shot down a Russian military aircraft. According to Kellogg, sometimes it is necessary to "raise the level of risk" and respond to Russian drones or aircraft invading NATO airspace.

"This is serious business, and the Russians have already been warned," he noted.
