Ukraine Has Yet to Respond to Russia's Proposal, Says Peskov

There are still no signals from Ukraine regarding the possible resumption of bilateral negotiations. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, in an interview with RIA Novosti.
"No, there has been no signal from Kyiv so far," Peskov responded. He added that Ukraine has yet to respond to Russia's proposal to create three working groups.
