Personnel Changes in the Prosecutor's Office

The Chief Prosecutor of the Republic of Armenia, Anna Vardapetyan, has enacted personnel changes within the Prosecutor's Office, as reported by the Chief Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia.

Specifically:

• Ruzaanna Khudaverdyan, Prosecutor of the Property Seizure Division for Illegal Gains, has been relieved of her duties.
• Hamlet Harutyunyan, also a Prosecutor in the Property Seizure Division for Illegal Gains, has been released from his post.
• Liana Hakobyan has been appointed Senior Prosecutor of the Division for Crimes Against the Constitutional Order, State, and Public Security, having been removed from the position of Prosecutor in the same division.
• Vanand Asatryan has been appointed Senior Prosecutor in the same division, also leaving his previous prosecutor role.
• Haikuhy Gharybyan has been designated as Senior Prosecutor in the Division for Crimes Against State Authority, resigning from the corresponding prosecutor position.
• Karen Sukiasyan has been appointed Senior Prosecutor in the Pre-Trial Legal Oversight Division of the Anti-Corruption Committee, vacating his prior position as Senior Prosecutor in the Yerevan Prosecutor's Office.
• Gevorg Gevorgyan, Prosecutor of the Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan, has been dismissed from his position.
• Gurgen Madoyan, Prosecutor of the Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts, has been transferred to the position of Prosecutor of the Ajapnyak and Davtashen districts.
• Eduard Hovhannisyan, Deputy Prosecutor of the Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts, has been reassigned to Erebuni and Nubarashen as Deputy Prosecutor.
• Vahan Sarkisyan, Prosecutor of the Armavir region, has been released from his position.
• Sevak Poghosyan, Prosecutor of the Kentron and Norq-Marash districts, has been transferred to the position of Prosecutor in the Armavir region.
• Armen Muradyan, Prosecutor of the Tavush region, has been moved to the position of Prosecutor in the Kentron and Norq-Marash districts of Yerevan.
• Gevorg Sarkisyan, Prosecutor of the Aragatsotn region, has been transferred to the position of Prosecutor in the Tavush region.
• Nikolay Barsheghyan, Deputy Head of the Department for Special Assignments within the Chief Prosecutor's Office, has been transferred to the position of Prosecutor in the Aragatsotn region.
• Andranik Vardanyan, Deputy Prosecutor of the Kentron and Norq-Marash districts, has been reassigned to the role of Deputy Prosecutor in the Armavir region.
• Vahe Grigoryan has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor in the Tavush region, resigning from his previous senior prosecutor role in the same region.
• Zori Babayan, Deputy Prosecutor of the Lori region, has been dismissed from his post.
• Gevorg Khalatyan, Military Prosecutor of the Lori garrison, has also been released from his position.
• Vigen Harutyunyan, Head of Oversight Division for Military Prosecutor’s Activities within the Central Military Prosecutor's Office, has been transferred to the role of Military Prosecutor in Lori.
• Eduard Vermishyan has been appointed Deputy Military Prosecutor in Lori, having left his senior prosecutor role in the same garrison.
• Eduard Poghosyan, Prosecutor in the Oversight Division for Military Prosecutors within the Central Military Prosecutor's Office, has been moved to the position of Prosecutor in the Division overseeing especially important cases against military service.
• Haikuhy Martikyan has been designated as Prosecutor in the Oversight Division for Military Prosecutors, leaving her position as Prosecutor in Yerevan's garrison.
