Electronic System for Date and Time Registration to be Implemented at Upper Lars Checkpoint

Starting from October 1, 2025, an electronic system for date and time registration (ГИС ЭПД) will be implemented at automobile border crossing points of the Russian Federation, including the Upper Lars checkpoint. This information was provided by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia.

The electronic platform allows freight carriers to pre-register their choice of arrival date and time at the Upper Lars checkpoint when exiting Russia.
