US Secretary of State Welcomes Restoration of Sanctions Against Iran
The UN has initiated the mechanism for the restoration of sanctions against Iran. “We commend the resolve and steadfastness of France, Germany, and the United Kingdom. The six UN resolutions prohibiting uranium enrichment in Iran have been restored and the restrictions on Iran's nuclear and ballistic missile programs, as well as arms sales, have been reinstated,” wrote US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
