Poland Not Planning to Send Troops to Ukraine
Poland is not planning to send its military forces to Ukraine and believes that such actions would signify NATO's direct involvement in the armed conflict between Kyiv and Moscow. This was stated by the President of the Republic, Andrzej Duda, during a press conference following talks with his Slovak counterpart, Peter Pellegrini.
"I don’t think Poland should send troops to Ukraine, as that would mean a NATO country is getting involved in the war. We hope we will never have to send our military to Ukraine to defend the Republic of Poland," Duda said on X.
