Second Person Arrested in Murder Case of Parakar Mayor

Starting early this morning, police and special forces have been conducting intensified operations in Mrdzavan, where recently Parakar Mayor Valodya Grigoryan and his friend, police officer Karen Abrahamyan, were murdered.

It was revealed overnight that a second suspect in this murder case has been arrested, who confessed to committing the crime. Law enforcement agencies are keeping the name of the second suspect confidential.
