Russians have refused several meetings on Ukraine in recent weeks. This was stated by U.S. Vice President Jay Di Vance.

According to him, in recent weeks they have declined bilateral meetings with Ukrainians and trilateral meetings with U.S. President Donald Trump or other American officials.

“The Russians are killing and losing many people, but they have no opportunity to justify that,” Vance noted.
