The U.S. Engages in Negotiations with Middle Eastern Countries

U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that the United States is negotiating with Middle Eastern countries to end the war in Gaza.

"Intensive negotiations have been underway for four days and will continue for as long as necessary to reach a successfully concluded agreement. All countries in the region are involved, Hamas is fully aware of these discussions, and Israel is informed at all levels, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. There is more goodwill and enthusiasm for a deal than I have seen in decades. Everyone is eager to move beyond this period of death and darkness. I consider it an honor to be part of these negotiations. We must return the hostages and achieve a LASTING AND CRUCIAL PEACE," Trump wrote on Truth Social.
