Ohanyan: If the Issue of Artsakh Didn't Exist, Let's See If He Would Get So Many Votes

The reasons for failures and defeat are threefold. First, since 2018, a serious blow has been dealt to the command system of the Armed Forces, and the continuous and frequent changes of the minister and chief of staff have significantly affected the management system, knowledge of combat operations, and success in large-scale operations. The second is that structural changes have affected the army's combat readiness. Certain structures have been disbanded, and the military procurement packages have been altered. And third is discipline.
