Criminals Must Be Quickly Identified and Punished: Vice Speaker of Parliament

The Vice Speaker of Parliament, Ruben Rubinyan, wrote on his social media page: “I am shocked by the news of the murder of Parakar community leader Valodya Grigoryan and a police officer. I extend my condolences to the families of the victims. Criminals must be quickly identified and punished.”

It was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs that gunfire was heard in the Yerevan Highway of the Ararat region's Mrdzavan community. Preliminary information indicates there are 2 dead and 1 injured. One of the deceased is community leader Valodya Grigoryan.
