Armenian Constitution Creates Issues, Says Azerbaijani Envoy

The Armenian Constitution creates issues. This statement was made by Elchin Amirbekov, the Azerbaijani envoy for special assignments.

“The Republic of Armenia's Constitution creates problems in this regard. The preamble of the document contains territorial claims related to Artsakh,” noted the Azerbaijani official.

It is worth mentioning that earlier, another statement from the Azerbaijani envoy indicated that the peace agreement to be signed entails mutual renunciation of territorial claims.
