The Establishment of Armenia's Fourth Republic Will Culminate in the Adoption of a New Constitution: Torosyan

The establishment of Armenia's Fourth Republic will culminate in the adoption of a new constitution. This was stated today during a press briefing by Arsen Torosyan, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.

On Saturday, during a conference of the ruling party, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan declared that the 'Civil Contract' party is proclaiming the establishment of Armenia's Fourth Republic as an upcoming strategic priority. Pashinyan also expressed the opinion during the press conference that the new constitution will indeed be adopted.
